Dr. Trevor G. Bond was a senior faculty member of the School of Education at James Cook University in Australia and now is the Head of Department of Educational Psychology, Counselling, and Learning Needs, The Hong Kong Institute of Education. Since his introduction to Rasch Analysis in 1985, Dr. Bond has worked with some of the world's leading Rasch theoreticians in order to bridge the gap between the possibilities of the model and its use in empirical research.
Dr. Christine M. Fox is an Assistant Professor at The University of Toledo where she teaches a variety of educational research and statistics courses. She received her Ph.D. in Evaluation and Measurement from Kent State University.
